- Ruby Falls is a compact, weeping variety of Redbud tree with the loveliest cascades of dark ruby red, heart-shaped leaves. In spring the branches erupt with clusters of purple flowers and in the autumn the leaves turn to a translucent dark burgundy - plant it where the light can shine through the leaves for a spectacular stained glass effect
- Clusters of small purple flowers grow on bare stems all spring from March to May
- A hardy, low maintenance deciduous tree
- Grows to just 2m tall x 2m wide, making it ideal for the smaller garden or even growing in a pot
- Show this one off in the front garden, in a large container on the patio or in a mixed border with light green foliage plants for contrast
- Provides all-year round interest to your garden with colours for each season
