We use specialized, eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the plant and its soil in place. Each box features ventilation and thermal protection to ensure your greenery arrives healthy and vibrant.
What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, simply send us a photo within 30 days and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Do you provide care instructions with each order?
Yes, every plant comes with a detailed care card tailored to its specific species, including light requirements, watering schedules, and pet-safety information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We process orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid plants sitting in transit over the weekend.
Are your pots included with the plants?
Most plants are shipped in their nursery grow pots. However, we offer a curated selection of decorative ceramic and terracotta pots that can be added to your order at checkout.
