  • A strong and vigorous rhubarb, producing a dense crop of very thick green stems, flushed and speckled with red
  • Suitable for forcing
  • Mid to late season variety - harvest from the second year onwards, between May and June
  • Fully hardy and long lived, you'll be picking rhubarb from these plants for around ten years, with yields of around 5kg per year once established
  • Perfect for a sunny border, vegetable bed, allotment or even a large container
  • Delicious in pies, crumbles and jams
  • Only eat the stalks - rhubarb leaves are poisonous to humans and pets
