The Story
- This versatile potato is the UK's favourite - long, oval and waxy with a subtle flavour. Charlotte potatoes are mentioned by name in many recipes - always a good sign!
- Second earlies are midseason potatoes that grow rapidly, take up little space and are planted a month after first earlies. They're harvested from July to September
- Grow in open ground, traditional potato sacks or pots at least 45cm wide and deep (two plants per pot)
- RHS Award of Garden Merit winner
- Hardy, high yielding and easy to grow - they also have attractive pink-violet flowers
- Premium, UK grown first grade seed potatoes sent to you at the best possible time for planting. Always use the highest grade of seed potatoes to ensure a plentiful crop with high pest and disease resistance
- Roast or saute, lightly boil them whole and use in salads or add a knob of butter for the perfect summer side
